The Abu Dhabi Medical Congress focuses on disciplines of healthcare for which Medical Developments International (MDI) produces innovative and unique pharmaceuticals and devices. In particular, ADMC can connect our company with decision makers and end users from the fields of Emergency Medicine and Pre-Hospital / EMS care.
MDI is currently working with a number of organisations throughout the Middle East to implement use of our self-administered, inhaled, analgesic agent called Penthrox® (methoxyflurane). This particular product, and the opportunities which exist to improve patient care and pain management, will be one of our focuses at the ADMC. Penthrox has a demonstrated ability to provide very effective pre-hospital analgesia and to significantly reduce the time from Emergency Department triage to administration of analgesia. We shall be in attendance throughout the ADMC and a demonstration of this, or any of our products, can be provided at any time by visiting our stall 4C50.
Healthcare in the Middle East is continuing to expand with strong commitments from various governments to invest in improving services and access to premium standards of care. MDI provides regionalised implementation solutions for their products which aim to increase the ease at which organisations can safely and effectively implement new services which add value and provide international standards of care.
By attracting both key decision makers and end users from all levels of health care, events such as the ADMC allow companies the opportunity to discuss new developments and projects with those responsible for implementation whilst at the same time, allow all end users the opportunity to obtain face-to-face product support direct from the manufacturer.
